Returns & Exchange Policy

Effective: 1 January 2026

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of items in their original, unworn condition within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of use
• Include all original packaging — presentation box, leather case, microfibre cloth
• Be free from scratches, marks or alterations
• Not have been fitted with prescription lenses after delivery

How to Return

1. Email contact@pearlwaveglow.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within one business day with a prepaid Royal Mail return label
3. Package your frames securely in their original box
4. Drop off at any Royal Mail post office and retain your receipt
5. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically 1–2 business days), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 2–3 days depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange frames for a different size or colourway within the 30-day window, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange — we will hold your preferred alternative while your original frames are in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Frames fitted with prescription lenses at our atelier (unless faulty)
• Limited edition frames marked as final sale
• Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration
• Items returned without original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the item and packaging. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Pearl Wave Glow Limited ("PearlWaveGlow", "we", "us") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out how we collect, use and protect any personal information you provide when using our website or making a purchase.

Data Retention

We retain order and transactional data for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting regulations. Marketing consent data is retained until you withdraw consent. Website usage data is retained for 26 months.

Third Parties

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with essential service providers (payment processors, couriers) who are bound by strict data processing agreements. All data is stored on UK/EEA-based servers.

Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through lucenteyewear.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Contract Formation

A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. International customers may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product availability, but we cannot guarantee that all items are in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and product names — is the intellectual property of Pearl Wave Glow Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pearl Wave Glow's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
